Are you insured?
Many customers ask if we are insured to carry out the work. We have £5 000 000 worth of cover for our works which includes cleaning and grounds works.
How long have you been in business?
We have been established since 2013. We are a privately run and owned small business and we are not part of a franchise.
Do you clean large office buildings?
Yes! We currently clean offices up to 3000 sq m per day. No office or retail space is too small or too large. Call us for more information.
How much notice do you need for a clean?
Normally we require one weeks notice for a clean - but due to our committed members of staff who do not like letting anyone down, we might be able to fit you in tomorrow? Give us a call to discuss your needs.
How long is a normal contract length?
Standard contracts for services are for one year - but many are for three years with optional two year extensions.
Do you offer one-off cleaning services?
Yes. We can provide tailored solutions for cleaning post shop fitting / decorations / building works. Call us for more details.
What do you cover in "Grounds Maintenance"?
We can provide the following services, from which you can select all or one. If there is something that you need that is not mentioned - please call us to discuss.

You can pay by cash, cheque or BACS for our services.
Domestic customers will be required to pay prior to the work commencing.
Commercial/charities will be offered 30 day nett invoice payments.
